Missy's Homemade Rolls

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup warm water
2 T yeast
1 cup milk
5 1/2 cups flour
2 teas. salt

In a small bowl combine yeast and water. Let stand for 5 to 10 min. Heat milk on the stove, but do not boil. In large bowl combine oil, sugar, and eggs. Add yeast mixture. Add milk. Add flour and salt. Dough will be sticky! Cover and allow to double in size.

Divide dough into thirds. Roll out and cut with pizza cutter into 8 triangle wedges. Roll up each wedge into crescent shapes and place onto lightly greased (PAM) cookie sheet. All the rolls should fit on one sheet. Let rise until double again and place in preheated oven at 350 for 15 to 17 minutes. Brush with butter and serve hot!!
