Creamy Potato Cheese Soup with Sour Dough Bread Bowl

Ingredients:
2 small cartons of cream (about 2 cups)
3-4 large potatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. Butter
1/4 of a large onion finely chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup grated cheese (Colby Jack)
3 Tbs. Flour
Sour Dough Bread Bowl

Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them until they are almost cooked the way you like them (slightly harder than what you want.) Put aside. Melt the butter and put the onion into it. Cook the onion until they are clear. Then, add the flour. After that, add the chicken broth and the cream (gradually). Cook on medium heat until the soup thickens. Add the potatoes. Put into the Sour dough bread bowl. YUM.
